Shipping Information

Delivery takes place within Germany and in various countries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland).

We ship exclusively with DHL GoGreen the climate-neutral shipping , DHL Express or Deutsche Post. The processing of the personalized order and the shipping takes 2-4 working days within Germany. All of the following prices are prices including VAT.

Free shipping

Free shipping within Germany from a goods value of EUR 40.00 to the same shipping address. Simply put your products in the shopping cart and as soon as the shopping cart value reaches EUR 40.00 , we will automatically deduct the shipping costs from the total costs!

Regular shipping costs

Shipping within Germany:
Costs for orders up to EUR 24.99 Shopping cart total: EUR 4.99.
Costs for orders from EUR 25.00 shopping cart total: EUR 5.99.
Costs for orders from EUR 40.00 shopping cart total: Free shipping.

Shipping outside of Germany:
Costs for orders within the EU up to EUR 27.00: EUR 9.99
Costs for orders within the EU from EUR 27.01: EUR 14.99
Cost for orders outside EU - UK, up to 27.00: 9.99 EUR
Cost for orders outside EU - UK, from 27.01: 19.99 EUR
Costs for orders outside the EU - Switzerland, up to EUR 27.00: EUR 14.99
Costs for orders outside the EU - Switzerland, from 27.01 EUR: 24.99 EUR

If you combine several pictures in one order, you only pay shipping costs once.

An example for shipping to Germany:

If you buy a picture for EUR 11.99, the shipping costs are EUR 4.99. In addition, you buy another picture for EUR 11.99, here the shipping costs are also EUR 4.99. If you want to have both pictures sent to the same address, you save EUR 4.99 and only pay shipping costs once.

Shipping with DHL Express

Within Germany you can also - depending on availability - receive an order with DHL Express. Simply select the shipping option “DHL Express” in the shopping cart.

Your advantages: You order & pay on one working day until 12:00 o'clock and we have all the data we need, then you get your picture next business day (Saturday delivery is excluded)! The shipping costs here are from EUR 15.00 .
