- We are Sara and Patrick Dahlmann. Married. Living in Remscheid. Love personalized pictures and gifts. Why? We have often searched for the right gifts for our friends and family. For many different occasions. Whether for a wedding as a guest gift or a housewarming gift for moving. We often didn't find anything suitable. Then we started making gifts for our friends ourselves. Since Sara is the creative media designer and printer for both of us and Patrick is the IT specialist and entrepreneur, the idea arose to sell our creations. This is how 321geschenke.de came about.

How are the pictures and posters made
- Made in Germany. With love. The creation is at the beginning. They come from us. Only from us. And they are copyrighted. 😉 Many brainstorming, design rounds and test prints later, a product was created for you. Checked by us, framed and tried out ourselves. If you order, then we go to the personalization. We press extremely high resolution exclusively on very high-quality, semi-matt 250g/m²-280g/m² (photo) paper. The great thing is: if you take it out of the frame or order it without a frame, no problem. The printer and the ink are supplied by the same brand manufacturer and thus also guarantee the highest quality standards. No fading after a few days of direct exposure to light...
How do I get the GPS coordinates?
- We have three options for adding these to your personalized pictures:
- You create the GPS coordinates yourself, it's very easy with our GPS coordinate finder GPS Coordinate Finder .
- You tell us the latitude and longitude based on Google Maps. We will then convert these into GPS coordinates for you. You can read how easy it is with Google Maps here .
- You can also tell us the address in question during the ordering process. Then we create the GPS coordinates for you. If we are not sure where the house is, we will ask you. It may therefore take a little longer. 🙂
How can I specify the personalization characteristics?
- In the ordering process there is an extra field for your comments at the bottom. Please enter the characteristics to be personalized here . If you forgot this during the ordering process, this is not a problem either. Then simply reply to the order confirmation email. Only when we have all the information do we produce your picture.
How long does it take to make?
- Since we produce the picture especially for you, we usually need it 1-2 workdays for the production.
How are the pictures shipped and how long does shipping take?
- We ship exclusively by DHL Go Green the climate-neutral shipping by DHL or the German Post. Thus, a delivery to DHL Packstations is of course possible with us! You will also receive a tracking number to track your image. The DHL package has a regular shipping time of 1-2 working days.
